Book Review: The Weekend Spa Break by Anne John- Ligali. Plus an amazing #Giveaway!

I am very happy today to share with you my review for the beautiful book that is Part 2 of the online friendship books by Anne John-Ligali. ‘The Weekend Spa Break’, was a joy to read. My Thoughts:

After reading part 1 of the online friendship series by this author, I was keen to learn what happened next. The Weekend Spa Break brings Constance and Estelle on a weekend that they will both remember.

The book has a few surprises for the reader and for the characters. There was more to this book than I was expecting and it was really good to see a more in-depth version of the characters.

I loved the online parts of the story. Most of us have ‘ online lives’, and it was interesting to see how Constance and Estelle brought the two together. I loved the Instagram updates from the girls and from the outer characters. There are reminders in this book of the advantages and disadvantages of showing ourselves online.

This book is very current and the author showed a great deal of knowledge in one particular theme that is close to my heart. I won’t say what as it will be a spoiler, but let me tell you it brought Constance and Estelle closer too.

Brilliant read and I hope there will be a part 3 of the online friendship stories.
